Retroactive brings vintage devices back to life. We restore classic Macs, retro PCs, and forgotten hardware, then update them so they can do more than they ever could in their prime. It is a modern take on computing nostalgia for anyone who still cares about where it all began.

What We Do

• Restoration: Bringing Forgotten Hardware Back Into Use – We clean aging circuit boards, replace worn-out capacitors, and revive systems that once seemed beyond repair. But we do more than return them to their original condition. We add modern storage, interfaces, and peripherals so these machines can still be useful today. We also document the process, share what we learn, and tell the story behind each restoration.
